You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you physically receive the goods.

You will also find the form in the email confirmation you received at the time of purchase, which states that your order is on its way.

Effects of exercising the right of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs of NOK 79.

We will make the refund via the payment solution used in our online store (Stripe, Klarna, Vipps).

In all cases, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The goods must be intact, with the tag attached.
