Delivery and Returns

As soon as your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an E-mail with tracking information. As soon as Posten has scanned the package, you will be able to track the shipment. If you want tracking on your mobile or on Posten App, you must have entered your phone number.

You must contact us as soon as possible at netthandel@janus.no, or call us at +47 55 53 58 00. We can modify or cancel the order as long as it hasn't been delivered to Posten.

Normally, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During sales campaigns or marketing activities, a slightly longer delivery time must be expected.
In the case of Ull på Rull, the delivery time is usually 7-10 business days, to be added to the normal postal delivery times.
Delivery times will depen depending on where in the country you live. Check the tracking link we sent you for details.

The Sales Act applies to purchases of Janus products and applies if the product has a defect. In short, a product will be defective if it is not as agreed or as you can expect from similar products. However, the defect must be due to a defect in the product. If you have used the garment in violation of the instructions for use, for example washed it incorrectly, or simply been careless, you will not normally be entitled to us covering your costs for repairs or a new product.
The product that is sent in must always be washed. Stains that do not go away are not grounds for a claim. If the product is worn (regardless of age), it will not be considered suitable for a claim. Products with normal wear and tear will not be replaced.
If you wish to claim, please send us an email at netthandel@janus.no telling us the reasons for the claim. Products for which a claim is requested must be washed before they are sent in. Used boxer shorts, briefs or hipsters cannot be returned, exchanged or submitted for a claim due to hygiene. We reserve the right to replace defective/promotional items with the same item or a similar item of the same value if the item in question is sold out.
All complaints must be approved before the product is sent to us. -
