JanusPro Extra is tested and approved according to Oeko-Tex standard 100 class 2 and is guaranteed to be free of substances harmful to the skin.

JanusPro Extra feels soft and comfortable against the skin and insulates well, even when you are wet, thanks to the combination of merino wool and modacrylic. The collection is very durable and is perfect for those who work in varying climates and at the same time need protection against flame, electric arc and where there is a risk of explosion (ATEX environments). Merino wool combined with Modacryl ensures that the garments have a permanent built-in flame retardant effect, without chemical finishing. On extra cold days, the clothes should be combined with our mid-layer series, JanusPro Plus.

Sustainability and the environment

Wool is a unique fiber with a combination of comfort and performance that no one has been able to copy. Wool is a sustainable choice. Woolen fabric can be recycled into yarn again and should woolen clothes end up in nature, they are quickly broken down by natural processes, unlike synthetic materials. With woolen clothes from Janus, you get clothes that are good to wear and that are sustainable.
