Returns
How to make a return:

- Click on "Order return label here".
- Enter the requested information and your order number in the 'reference' field.
The return code field is already filled in. - Click on 'Create Address Label'
- You will receive an email from posten.no with a QR code.

- The products must be intact, with the label still on.
- You can reuse the bag we sent them in.
- Once they are packed, go to the nearest pickup location with the email from posten.no containing the QR code. You can then print the label and attach it to the return.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount minus a return shipping fee of

If you have submitted an exchange order, we will refund the full amount.

Exchanges
How to exchange a product:
For exchanges, follow the same process as for returns, but without the return fee.
You must enter your order number and 'exchange' in the 'reference' field when ordering the patch, and place a new order before we refund the original order.
Refund
We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving the return.
The refund will be made via the same payment method as when purchasing (Stripe, Klarna, Vipps).
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item.
Terms of return
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you can return items within 30 days of receiving them.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels intact.
You are responsible for any loss in value due to unnecessary use.
